Device status ==== Microsoft Adaptors 6to4 not working properly.

Reason being Windows could not load the necessary drivers for this device ( code 31)

You need to ask in a discussion group or forum for your version of Windows. As you didn't say what version you have, here is general guidance.

If you have Windows XP or Vista, try this:

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the Windows
subcategory, find and open the subcategory for your version of Windows. Find a group in the subcategory for your version and post your question there.
