BJ = Bubble Jet, so that makes sense. I've found some places that have a BJ20 service manual for sale. You might, with more perseverance than I have, find a place where you can just download it for free.

I tried to download the Manual from the link given by kind person here. But it gives 'not found' I have the feeling the BJ 20 thing just snaps open but you need to prize n push in just the right spots. Mouse @@@ |
