Hello,

today I found out that neither the Clock Configuration Service Provider nor
the Locale Configuration Service Provider is supported under Windows Mobile
6.1 Professional. (Interestingly, it *is* provided under Windows Mobile 6.1
Standard.)

So how can I programmatically configure time zone and locale settings under
Windows Mobile 6.1. Professional?

We need to roll-out many devices and we want to pre-configure them, if
possible via OMA Client Provisioning.
