Next: why change the keyboard shortcuts between Office 2003 & 2007??
From: Lynndyhop on 19 Apr 2010 06:17 Hi there, I need to find out how many emails I have received over the last few months before 9:00am and after 5:00pm. I've tried using search/sort/filter but the date/time field doesn't allow filtering on time alone - it always seems to require a date. I even tried creating a custom column using a formula where I get Hour([Received]) and also tried R-Trim([Received],5) but both these columsn, once created, will not allow you to sort on them. There is another custom column you can create under 'Time/Date' where it has time only, but once created it returns nothing but blank rows. Is anyone aware of another method I could use to count/sort/filter etc on Time only? Much much appreciated! Lynndyhop
