We have a device that uses the usbser.sys. Theoretically the inf file install
should trigger the copying of the usbser.sys from the CAB. [AKAIK]

With a few customers this is not happeneing. How can I trigger/extract the
usbser.sys from the cab in the correct way. This is for Vista.
