Or you can expand the Replace dialog by clicking more, then click Special and select "Manual Line Break" from the menu to insert ^l. -- Suzanne S. To make your columns read right to left, you need to have a right-to- left language (such as Hebrew or Arabic) installed in your computer. (I don't know what happens with Chinese or Japanese -- which might already be in your computer if you are in Vietnam.)
