DVI > VGA or VGA > DVI Some cards come with the adaptors.

Yes, just shut down, plug in second card, instal drivers, go to display and set up. Worst problem is boot & base window can wander from time to time and apps will lock a non-operating screen (disable screenin display fixes that (I think)). > >

I haven't got a newer video card with two seperate ports, but have few cards with one port, therefore trying to get some use out of them as well. :)

Boards have one AGP slot and heaps of PCI slots. So you may not have a PCI card to fit.

The problem is finding flat top to set up the monitors and the fact that none of my games^h^h^h^h^applications really use multiple monitors.
