From: normDallas on 2 Mar 2010 12:47 I am having the same problem. Some how I hit some combination of keys that turned my keyboard into all caaps. The Caps Lock IS NOT on!!! I keep hitting some combination of keys while I'm typing that reverses the functions of capitalization. What am I doing? When it happens, how do I turn off whatever it is I've done? Thanks.
From: Stefan Blom on 2 Mar 2010 13:19 Sounds like "All caps" font formatting. To turn it off, try selecting the text and pressing Ctrl+SpaceBar. If that doesn't help, you'll have to modify the underlying paragraph style. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "normDallas" <normDallas(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:37556CA1-87D6-4AB7-83FF-849114F19442(a)microsoft.com... > > I am having the same problem. From: Peter T. Daniels on 2 Mar 2010 13:15 See if the "All Caps" checkbox is checked in the paragraph style that's affected. (Is there a keyboard shortcut for that? Or maybe someone at some point assigned one to that command.) On Mar 2, 12:47 pm, normDallas <normDal...(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote: > I am having the same problem. From: Suzanne S. Barnhill on 2 Mar 2010 13:49 The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+A, easy enough to press by mistake. -- Suzanne S.
