From: HANEES RAHMAN HANEES on 10 May 2010 06:30 I ALREADY TYPED ONE MATTER, BUT I NEED THIS IN ALPHABETIC ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO SIR? PLEASE INFORM ME VERY URGENTLY.
From: DeanH on 10 May 2010 06:47 Select the Typed Matter, then select Sort (2003 in the Table menu - not too sure in the 2007 groups but probably the near there somewhere). Then the options to Ascend/Descend will be available. With words, this will sort on each paragraph. Also, please stop SHOUTING! Hope this helps DeanH "HANEES RAHMAN" wrote: > I ALREADY TYPED ONE MATTER, BUT I NEED THIS IN ALPHABETIC ORDER, WHAT CAN I > DO SIR? PLEASE INFORM ME VERY URGENTLY.
From: Peter T. Daniels on 10 May 2010 06:52 If each item is its own paragraph, then select the whole list of items and choose "Sort." This is on the Table menu in earlier versions -- they don't have to be in a table -- and in Word2007 on the Home tab and on the Table Layout tab.
