I ALREADY TYPED ONE MATTER, BUT I NEED THIS IN ALPHABETIC ORDER, WHAT CAN I
DO SIR? PLEASE INFORM ME VERY URGENTLY.

Select the Typed Matter, then select Sort (2003 in the Table menu - not too
sure in the 2007 groups but probably the near there somewhere).
Then the options to Ascend/Descend will be available. With words, this will
sort on each paragraph.

Also, please stop SHOUTING!

Hope this helps

If each item is its own paragraph, then select the whole list of items
and choose "Sort." This is on the Table menu in earlier versions --
they don't have to be in a table -- and in Word2007 on the Home tab
and on the Table Layout tab.
