ok, it's still the .forward file for cbanks. I can figure it out from
here... sorry about all the messages.

The user's .forward is set up to dump the mail into a program called
"slocal" which is a binary for the old platform so that's obviously
not going to do anything useful. The user was under the impression
that he was running a program to move mail from /var/mail/spool (and
so I was also under that impression until a moment ago).
