I tryed typing in Microsoft Word and letters appear on the bottom left coner of my screen "This modification is not allowed because the selection is locked" what does it mean? Please I need help as soon as anyone gets this message!

It means either: - Your copy of Office was a limited-time trial version that has expired, and now you need to pay for a license if you want to continue to use it. OR - You have a separately purchased retail version, but you haven't activated it, so after 50 uses it went into reduced-functionality mode. Read http://support.microsoft.com/kb/293151. OR - If this happens only in one document, and this is Word 2007, you have accidentally protected your document as a form, and Word will let you type only in content controls.
