Reinstall Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007
19-Nov-08

I purchased Microsoft Home and Student back in September via download from
Microsofts website. The PC it was installed on had to be reformatted and the
the application was lost. Does anyone know how I go about reinstalling this
product I have already paid for? I have my order number but I am not sure
where to go on Microsofte website or who to contact.

Thank you to anyone who can help me with this.

JoAnn,

Thank you very much. I was able to find my old email and get the program
working again. DUH, I am thick sometimes. Thanks again.

Hi JoAnn,
Last October I purchased and downloaded ultimate 2007 through digital
river and don't have a office disc, but have the e-mail and order #. My
computer crashed and I bought a new one, but when I tried to downlaod
again (through digital river), it says

"Sorry,

It is too late to download this file. You were allowed to download
within 30 days.

If you have any questions, please contact Digital River Customer
Service at CustomerServices(a)digitalriver.com."

Please let me know if you have any advice

Dear JoAnn,

I bought Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007in May. The computer shop
helped me to installed it in my computer. But recently I uninstalled it by
accident. There was no problem when I reinstalled it. But I could not use
it. The coumputer always configure it when I open any application of it.
And then I got a message said the software has not been installed for the
current user and then asked me to run the set up. It will be highly
appreciated if you can free some time to help me. Thank you.

You might also check that you are logged in as an administrative user, then
repair /reinstall the application.
