I am using matlab r2009b engine in vc2008(windows XP). At first, I added all dll needed in system32. It says ICUData not found. Then I added icudt40l.dat in system32. Then it says I18n:LocaleDatabaseNotFound - Cannot find the MATLAB locale database.The MATLAB process default locale is set to "en_US.US-ASCII".
When I use mcr, the same error occurs. It seems matlab can't find teh locale data or
can't read it?

It's an emergency for me ! Any ideas will be very appreciated, many thanks!
