I just installed Server 2003 from two iso files from Windows. When I try to
activate or add IIS6 from the CD2, it starts asking for files that I can't
locate anywhere on the disks or my system
(iisapp.vbs;iiscnfg.vbs;iisreset.exe, etc). I thought it would automatically
install them from the disk but I can't figure out what is wrong. Has anyone
else run into this problem when installing 2003 on a clean install?

IIS6 is on CD1, not CD2. CD2 just has the R2 components.
