After KB899472 Fix was installed, nothing changes is happened.
IISState don't run with -hc key :

c:\iisstate>iisstate -p 3516 -hc
Symbol search path is:
SRV*c:\iisstate\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/downloa
d/symbols
