I do understand your situation. It may be the quick solution to reinstall
the whole server. In doing so, we can avoid many potential issues and make
the server more stable.

Thank you Jenny.

But I am ready to give up and just reinstall the whole SBS. Not only does
IIS not load, but the DHCP won't start, the DNS isn't working right, and
people have a hard time logging into the network and verifying credentials
for file access across the net. It's a mess.
