I am using a Belkin 4-Port USB 2.0 Tetra Hub in my Windows XP system. I would
like to power on/off inidividual ports on this hub. I could see one option
could be using "IOCTL_USB_USER_REQUEST" with "USBUSER_OP_SEND_RAW_COMMAND"
request. Can anyone provide me any help on how to use IOCTL_USB_USER_REQUEST?
