In the IRRC Governance dataset, we can extract data of 90, 93, 95, 98,
2000, 2002, 2004 or 2006. A good approximation is to use 1990 info.
for fiscal years 1990,1991,1992; 1993 info for fiscal years 1993, 1994
an so on. Does anybody have a good SAS program with which we could
apply all the provision and Gindex variables in 90 to year 1991 and
1992; apply all the variables in 1995 to year 1996, 1997 and so on?
