Thanks Xiaohong, this looks very interesting. My key suggestion is to make sure it is "embrace and replace": - it can read PowerPoint organization charts. - when saving Impress to Powerpoint it saves the organization chart in the Microsoft format so it can be edited in Powerpoint.
