When I open a Word e-mail attachment from Outlook, it opens in Full Screen
Reading and I want it to open in Print Layout View. Haven't been able to
figure out how to do it in Word 2007. I sure liked 2003 better.

Click on the Office button - select Word options. Popular tab - last option
in the top section.
