To install InCtrl5, run the supplied installation program INSTALL.EXE.
To uninstall the program, use the Add/Remove Programs applet in the
Windows Control Panel.
Naturally you can't use InCtrl5 to track its own installation, so here
is a brief report: InCtrl5's install utility adds three files
(INCTRL5.EXE, INCTRL5.HLP, and INCTRL5.CNT), creates a folder and two
shortcuts within the Start menu's Programs folder, and modifies two
Registry keys. Specifically, it stores its own location in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PC Magazine\InCtrl5 so updates will go to
the right location, and adds standard uninstall information below the
key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
\Uninstall.
For details on program operation, refer to the program's online help
file.

FILE LIST:

Surely you know about Total Uninstall 2.35:

http://www.aplusfreeware.com/categories/util/uninst.html

and ZSoft Uninstaller:

http://www.zsoft.dk/index.php?goto=software_details&prog_id=4

However, I don't know if they'll work with Vista and 7 or 64 bit versions.

Here's one I just found, but I haven't checked it out. It only checks
for installation changes like InCtrl5 and is called "WhatChanged 1.07":
