From: Lynette from Levi's Lynette from on 22 May 2010 09:34 I am an Executive Asst. and often need to show when my boss is available for meetings. When I try to send an email with include calendar information it only includes my calendar. Is there a way to show her calendar?
From: thecreator on 23 May 2010 10:18 Hi Lynette, You need Outlook 2010 and need an Exchange Server. As far as showing her Calendar, she needs to send you an Invitation to Subscribe to her Calendar and you need to Accept. Read the Help Manual for the Calendar in order to do it. -- thecreator "Lynette from Levi's" <Lynette from Levi's(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:F96CD5B6-2862-4083-A7AE-F19294255034(a)microsoft.com... >I am an Executive Asst. and often need to show when my boss is available >for > meetings.
