Outlook 2003 just stopped receiving POP3 email. I can still send email.

Error msg reads: Receiving reported error (0x80042108): 'Outlook is unable
to connect to your incoming (POP3) email server, etc..

I can receive my mail thru 3rd party (squirrel mail). No settings were
changed that I know of. Can anyone help me??
