From: BURT on 6 Jun 2010 19:45 If Earth's "turn" is speed then it programes Gamma. When moving outward of center of rotation energy speeds up and this increases its mass and slows its time. And if you have a slower local clock then faster time will appear around it. By proper time it looks like you are rotating faster than you really are. This is the same speed but in a slow time. Motion then appears sped up by the difference in clocks. Mitch Raemsch
