Hi,

Both our Front-end Exchange servers Information Store and Systems Attendance
services failed to start.

Please advise on the solution, as I am new to 2003 server.

Thanks!

Hi Kirill,

The errors are given below :

Source: MSExchangeSA
Category: Monitoring
Type: Error
Event ID: 9098

Description:
The MAD Monitoring thread was unable to read its configuration from the DS

And,

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeSA
Event Category: General
Event ID: 1005
Description:
Unexpected error. There is no more end points available from end points
maper. Facility Win32 ID no C00706d9 MS Exchange system attendant occured.

Our Exchange 2003 server is already installed with SP2. Have also restarted
the front-end servers several times but still could not get the system
attendant and information store services to run.

Please help. Thanks!

IMO, you should troubleshoot event 1005 first. See
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/839880/en-us and
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842000/en-us
If that fails to bear fruit - call NS pSS and let them help you.

That should be "MS PSS".
