Hi,

I have modelled a vary basic hydraulic circuit. A variable displacement pump is pumping fluid from a hydraulic reference block into a gas charged accumulator. The pump is set at 100 percent efficient. the problem is that I have used to find the accumulator initial volume from the equation for the accumulator block by setting up a precharge pressure of 90 bar and an initial pressure of 100 bar. Now, in theory, if I put this initial fluid volume value back into the same equation and calculate the initial pressure, it should come up to be 100 bar, but after the simulation run, I am not getting 100 bar but different values for different accumulator capacities. Can anyone help me why this is happening?
