From: "Wall, Steven" on 19 Feb 2010 12:29 SAS-Lers: I rarely use PROC PRINCOMP, but a colleague has asked me to use it for PCA.= I have a matrix of Nei's distances for the genotypes I want to analyze. = Can I use a distance matrix directly as the input to PROC PRINCOMP or do I = need to convert it to a similarity matrix first? Documentation I have says= you can use a correlation matrix, but I'm not seeing anything about a dist= ance matrix.
