The short answer is you are probably trying to add a row or a column that exceeds the limits of the Excel or include in a formula a cell in a row or column beyond the limits of column IV or row 65536. To correct thing select all 'unused' columns to the right of your data and 'delete' then select all unused rows below your data and delete.
