From: busydeb on 6 Apr 2010 14:19 I cannot open my installed version of Microsoft Small Business Edition 2003, nor Works 8.5 on my XP computer. I get an error message #1305 that says I don't have access to a file. Last Dec., I had a computer guy "fix" my computer and he did all sorts of things to clean it up - I am still running into "surprises" of things I no longer have or that don't work. I have been trying to get excel files, .doc files, etc to open and cannot. Even though the programs show up on my Program list, the programs won't open and I have tried to uninstall using the add/remove programs with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? -- D. Bray
