I'm running MAC OS X Leopard 10.5.8, and have XCode 3.0 installed.

I tried installing RMagick through MacPort, but get the message below.
Is there a way to install RMagick on MAC OS X WITHOUT the need for
XCode?

Warning: The installed version of Xcode (3.0) is known to cause
problems. Version 3.1.4 or later is recommended on Mac OS X 10.5.
