Hello,

I have installed Matlab 2009b but I am not offered all the toolboxes from the archive folder during the installation.

I wish to install SimPowerSystems. How do I go about it?

Check with the person who maintains your license to determine if
SimPowerSystems is included in your license. If it is, they can set you up
with the information you need (they may need to access the License Center to
do so.) If it is not included in your license, you will need to go through
whatever process is necessary to have it added to your license (agan, the
person who maintains your license is the right person to talk to in this
situation) and then install it.
