From: DeclanWorld on 26 Jun 2010 05:15 I've recently formatted my PC and when installing ACDSee 5.0, I'm getting the above error message. I'm awaiting an answer from ACDSee after an exhaustive but fruitless search on-line. In the meantime, any ideas? Declan

Update your Windows Installer. Have you patched the system through SP3 and beyond yet? I constantly keep updated on these issues. Apart from that, I've been using ACDSee 5.0 for the last 9 years without any problem. Declan
