When XP SP2 reached the end of its loading process the last thing I get is an
error box entitled "Internal Error 413" followed by the following cryptic
message:

Could not create instance of mRouter Access Point. Restart the computer.
If the problem persists, please re-install.

My questions:
1. What program generates this error message?
2. What could not create instance of mRouter Access Point?
3. What am I supposed to re-install?

The error box reappears on every re-boot whether I have a wireless access
functional or not.
