The safest thing to do in a situation such as this is reformat your PC and reinstall Windows. Alternatively, use these programs to clean your PC. avg free edition antivirus Spybot Search & Destroy and Malwarebytes Anti Malware for anti-spyware Install all three programs and run AVG while windows is in safe mode then run malwarebytes and Spybot and hope for the best.
