Probably, but you haven't shown any code, so there's no way anyone can tell
for certain.

I'm sure SOMEONE has written watermarking code using MATLAB. I don't, nor
do I know who does. Why don't you write yours up and (if you feel like it)
post it on the MATLAB Central File Exchange for others to learn from.
