If you want to make me an appointment for tomorrow and in 37 days time (or any other period) I would do it this way: make tomorrow's appointment (type everything in) save and close the new appointment use the Date Navigator (ctrl click on it) to show tomorrow and the next date you want the second appointment on grab and drag the new appointment to the new date on the Date Navigator and release on the new date select Copy. -- Regards Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook www.judygleeson.com www.deskdoctors.com Are you sick of bad email practice?
