Hello,

I seem to be having an issue publishing a program. Here is the error I am
receiving:

Error 2 SignTool reported an error 'Failed to sign
bin\Release\HTMLTextConverter.publish\\setup.exe. SignTool Error:
IStore2::Open returned error: 0x80070001

Incorrect function.

SignTool Error: An error occurred while attempting to open the certificate
