Interesting document for those trying to figure what the cloud means to
organisations.

Like it or not. Business people see no up front capital, or installation
costs, server side anyway, and a simple cost structure, pay per usage, easy
scale up/down of resources.

This is very disturbing -- "The Cloud?" is like a perfect place for the
formation of a nearly undetectable fifth column of those openness
crazies.
