Dynamics AX Support Analyst: This is a Permanent position in Los
Angeles, CA – 90012 (Downtown Area)

DYNAMICS AX SUPPORT ANALYST (LA or Chicago)

We are currently seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics AX Support
analyst to support a large AX implementation as well as various other
Business Intelligence applications. This position can be based in LA
or Chicago.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
• 2 to 3 years solid .Dynamics AX support experience in fairly
complex environments/projects
• Demonstrable support skills in an AX lifecycle environment
( Administrative, Light Development, Interfaces, Deployment) required
• Must have good analytical skills, abstract thinking, and good common
sense
• Knowledge of AP/AR Modules – including functions and data structures
a plus
• Basic Knowledge of X++, C#, .NET 3.5 framework, WebForms/WinForms,
WCF, Web Services, SOA, OOD/OOP a big plus.
• Experience w/ SQL Server 2005/8 (SSIS, SSRS knowledge a big plus)
• Experience working w/ XML, XML schema
• Experience/knowledge of Agile dev methodologies a plus.
• Ability to perform assigned analytical and development tasks under
min supervision
• Good communication skills, collaborative work style. Able to work
effectively in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Will be a key member of the support team charged with supporting AX
across the enterprise (8+ business units.)
• Analyze business requirements, processes, and data; provide
technical AX expertise to help outline technical design &
requirements.
• Contribute in group process improvement sessions
• Create workflow and support documentation as required
• Work with end users, and 1st tier support people as needed
