From: S&K Staff on 26 Jun 2007 19:00 IE6 was not listed on the add/remove programs. We seem to have problems installing almost all of the security updates; so far they don't cause any major problems, so it is not really worth the time it takes to try to resolve it, especially since it never really gets resolved. I called the customer service number, and they said they would have to call me back. It seems like every time they give me a case ID, though, when they transfer me to someone else, I still have to start all over again (and sometimes they will issue a new case ID, even if it is during the same phone call). I have given the logs on the (now 4) updates that will not install to a bunch of different people. It just seems like a waste of time for an update, even if MS deems it 'critical.' Thanks for the suggestions.
