(Win7+Windows Mail) 1. Uninstall KB978542 recovered Windows mail. But automatically KB978542 was installed. Then Windows mail does not work again. 2. Next. I copied original Windows mail folder onto this PC. (Have to rename your existing windows mail folder to other name before that) 3. Everything working. I know after this method, KB978542 is NOT applied your windows mail. But I prefer to continue to use Windows Mail.
