Ooops, missed this one.

I haven't been able to duplicate it since, it happened with Yast and one
of its child windows open. I clicked one of the titlebars to shade it
and both vanished into the TM which then did NOT show them until I reset
it to show all windows (it had been set to show only minimized ones).

It's a plane-jane but very nice window style or decoration or whatever
with square corners and placable large 3d buttons in them. I find it
visually superior to any other I know (for WORK). The thing was part of
a larger kde3 package but I can't see it anywhere in kde4.
