How do I use KNN classifier , where k = 4 to estimate the error rate using the following the methods:

i) Apparent error (use all data for training, then testing)
ii) Normal leave-one-out (LOO) testing e0 estiamte
iii) repeated 2-fold cross-validation (100 repetitions)

Dataset contains three weight features : banana, Mango and Carrot: Please help me, am so new to matlab....
