actually not really. But do you have some working kalman filters for the two wheeled inverted pendulum (nxtway-gs)? It would be great, if you would share the code and the simulink file? Mine is not working properly on the NXT and i do not have any ideas why it is not. Thanks for your help,

Sorry no, I don't. I use Kalman filter in specific proprietary instruments. I never worked with simulink.
