The funny think with magnetic breaking and impact zones is that it
creates basicly no friction if correctly done so all the action force
will basicly be transferred to linear momentum and so go for all the
accelerated mass that has not been converted to kinetic energy as it
is accelerated faster and faster within the tubes, now one
electromagnet around each ring shaped tube is fliped to inverse
polarity and pulses when the charged matter stream passes.

That will give the vehicle some serious momentum.

Can impact momentum (from an object) into a sandbag evaporate energy
by scattering that energy in all direction between resonating sand
crystals?

Never mind.

It should be interesting that hanging five pool table balls and
hitting the first one in the line sends the last one up. Yet this
momentum transferred through the balls does not apply with sand balls
where sand crystal vibrations remove this momentum of impact.

The problem belongs to physicists to solve.

Well, I have a theory here which claims that in such cases where
impact momentum changes into spreaded out vibration of debris, be it
the crystals vibrating in sand, then momentum is mysteriously lost.

One can see covered water bubbles in space, where impact creates not
only horizontal linear momentum but also vertical waves in the bubble,
taking away from linear momentum.
