I've heard of software that can do this for PowerPoint presentations.
Is there any freeware that can present a PDF in a similar way, for use
on an ordinary DVD player connected to TV? It would be nice if the
chapter sidebar could be navigated and shown/hidden too, using the DVD
remote.
