Many A/V can run from the install CD. Also you can download some clean-up
programs from various sites and run them from a CD.

If you find yourself scratching your head over any of this - please let us
clarify! The manual might be as good a place to start as anywhere. But if
you are not comfy with the BIOS, your machine will beg you to read up on
that stuff!
