From: Lise on 22 Apr 2010 18:59 Hi everyone I have a chart in excel that I want to link into a word document so that when the chart is updated the word document will update without having to repaste. I copied the chart and in word went to Paste Special - Paste Link ok The chart copies into the word doc and when I right click shows the update link option. When I click this though the chart does not update at all - what am I missing please? -- Thanks as always NOte: is anyone else having a problem with not being notified of updates here? Lise

Instead of using Paste Special, just use Paste. (the behaviour has changed) -- Hope this helps.
