Agreed, but it doesn't take a genius to realise that even if you didn't
take off the OS and applications from the Microsoft revenue figures of 5.4
billion that Linux is far from the luzer's geeky OS painted by our friend
Bottom. Quite what share free Unix OS's like freeBSD vs commercial Unix
hold isn't clear either.

Not that market share makes any difference to me whatsoever in choosing a
server OS... but I guess it feeds through more revenue for Linux
development.
