It' s possible load a 16 bit library ( xxxxxxx.lib ) in VO application ?

VO is a 32 bit application.
It needs to load 32 bit assemblies.

assuming that you are speaking of 16bit DLL's ( you can't use libs to link
into your app anyway ), yes this is possible although not trivial. take this
artcile as a starting point :
